Tracey Achenbach has worked exclusively in Iowa in community development and housing since receiving her MA in Urban and Regional Planning in 1994 from the University of Iowa.  She has administered many federal and state grants, including, but not limited to CDBG, HOME, and Federal Home Loan Bank grants.  Tracey served as the Executive Director of the Housing Trust Fund of Johnson County for nearly 10 years and currently is the Community Development and Housing Director at the East Central Iowa Council of Governments.  In that role, she serves as the Executive Director of the Housing Fund for Linn County and the East Central Iowa Housing Trust Fund.
